Sales Rep (Fixed Salary + Commission Bonus)
Your role as a Sales Rep will be very simple, your day-to-day responsibilities will include this:
Reach out to 150+ prospects everyday on LinkedIn
Convert warm responses into booked appts
Be active and responsive in the team group
Do regular followups with interested prospects.
All responses to be maintained in a Google sheet
Your KPI is to consistently respond to new leads within a 5-10 minute time frame from the moment they land in the Linkedin inbox you’re managing. Thorough training on how to do these tasks is provided for you upon starting your role.

If you have a good internet connection, a functioning computer, and can work during US working hours (EST time zone primarily), this is for you.
If you’re a quick learner and can think on your feet, this is for you.
If you’re professional, mature, and know how to communicate well with others this is for you.

If you already have some experience with linkedin outreach and outbound marketing, this is for you.
Experience in B2B lead generation or a similar industry
Knowledge of sales processes and lead qualification
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Close, GHL)
If your English language skills aren’t good, and your grammar isn’t top-tier, this isn’t for you.
If you aren’t near your computer for 5 hours+, from Mon to Fri, this isn’t for you.
If you aren’t able to focus on a singular task for an hour or two and can get easily distracted, this isn’t for you.
This will be a base salary + pay-per-qualified appointment + pay-per-qualified sale role
You should aim to make the most of your money through the pay-per-qualified meeting & sale as your earning potential can be up to $1k+ each month from this role
